How To Return

    Contact Customer Service

    Contact us by email:

    ① The item needs to be returned (returns can be made within 15 days of your package being delivered).

    ② State the reason for the return.

    Submit Return Information

    Customer service will reply to your return request within 1 bussiness day and the return address will be notified afer the return has been agreed.

    Send Tracking Number By Email

    After sending the item back, please send us the tracking number by email.

    Return The Item

    When we receive the item and check it is correct, the refund will be processed.

NOTES

1. Please check carefully after receiving the items, and contact us by email (support@goelia.com.au) if you have any questions.

2. We do not accept returned items that have not been submitted and approved first. Please do not return your items to the address marked on the parcel you received.

3. Please make sure the item must be in the same condition that you received it/ them, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging.

4. Any return that does not meet our policy will not be accepted. You must submit all return requests within 15 days of your package being delivered.

5. For returns not related to manufacturer's defects or incorrect items, please note that you will be responsible for all return charges (including shipping costs, taxes, etc.).

ABOUT REFUND

1. Once your return is received and inspected, we will email you a notification of receipt. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 15 days.

2. Late Or Missing Refunds (if Applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next, contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted. If you’ve done all of these and you still have not received your refund, please contact us at support@goelia.com.au.
