1. Free Trial Introduction

(1) What is GOELIA Free Trial?
It is an exciting activity provided by GOELIA, where you can get free clothes and share honest feedback. Whether you want to try out new fashion styles or find outfits for different occasions, GOELIA Free Trials will meet your needs. If selected, you will have the opportunity to receive brand-new clothes for free and be required to provide detailed feedback on your overall experience, covering aspects like quality, fabric, fit, style, and more. We highly value your opinions and suggestions,as they play a crucial role in our ongoing efforts to enhance our products. Additionally, they offer valuable insights to other customers, providing a more genuine understanding of our offerings.

(2) Qualifications
All active GOELIA User Accounts are eligible for the GOELIA Free Trial. To participate in the Free Trial Program, you must be 18 years or older.
Participation in the GOELIA Free Trial is subject to compliance with local laws and regulations.

2. How it Works

(1) Log in to your GOELIA User Account and click on “Free Trial”.

(2) Browse through all available Free Trial products, select items you want (at most 3 items a week), click on "Free Trial" to choose your size, fill in the delivery address, and then submit your application.

(3) Your application results will be updated in “My Free Trial”.

(4) If you are selected to participate, we will update your application status in “My Free Trial” and send an notification via email. Your order will be placed automatically and a confirmation email will be sent. The complimentary product will then be shipped to the address you've provided. Please make sure that you provide your accurate shipping address.

(5)Upon receiving the free trail product, please try it on and focus on various aspects including quality, style, fit, fabric, packaging, and more.

(6)We kindly request that you complete the trial report in “My Free Trial” section and provide detailed, honest, and precise product reviews. Please submit your reviews and photos via your GOELIA User Account, ideally within 10 days of receiving the product.

(7) Please ensure that you create and upload your report and photos according to all instructions.

(8) We will review the content you've submitted to ensure it meets our requirements.

(9)If your submitted content is approved, we may feature your comments and photos on our product review page. Additionally, you will get the chance to receive coupons for future purchase.

3. Quality Report Requirements

(1) Content:
A quality review report should provide honest and accurate feedback on the product, covering aspects such as quality, fabric, fit, style, packaging, and more. It should not only highlight the item's positive aspects but also identify any potential drawbacks, if applicable. Be thorough yet concise.

(2) Photos:
When posting your Free Trial review, please use your own photos. Avoid using website images or pictures from other customers. Ensure that your photos showcase the product's details when it's being worn. Utilize only your personal photos and refrain from sharing any images of individuals under the age of 18.
We recommend posting 4 photos that provide a clear focus and highlight the product's details. The recommended photos include the following:

1.Full-body view.

2.Close-up shots of the product, emphasizing its features.

3. How you styled the product or what you like most about it.

Please ensure that the photos are of appropriate size and in good taste.

(3) Words:
Please express your opinions thoroughly yet concisely. Let us know the pros and cons of the item, as well as any important information you wish you had known when purchasing it.

(4) Recommendations & Suggestions:
Please provide honest recommendations and suggestions for the product. The purpose of the Free Trial Program is to let customers know what kind of product they are receiving when ordering with GOELIA. Your positive feedback helps other customers, and your negative feedback helps us improve our products.

4. Awarding of Coupons

The review that you submit under the Free Trial Program will receive GOELIA coupons as follows:
If the review meets all requirements:

1) includes at least 50 words for comments,

2) features at least 3 photos, you will receive a 12% OFF coupon.

If the review is rated as a “Quality Review” as described in Section 3, you will receive a 15% OFF reward.

5. Rules & Requirements

(1)You must have a GOELIA User Account to participate.

(2) After processing a Free Trial, we will generate your order and ship it to you. As we cannot change the size, address, or other personal information of the free trial product after the order is generated, please make sure to fill in the correct information when applying for the free trial.

(3)Please submit the trial report in "My Free Trial" section within 10 days of receiving the product. Reviews should include a full body shot and two detailed photos of the item. Please refer to section3 for more details.

(4) When participating in GOELIA Free Trial, you agree not to engage in any illegal activities. You may not use a fake account to apply for Free Trial products in order to receive more free trials. Accounts found engaging in such behavior will have their trial eligibility automatically canceled, and the products will not be shipped. Their free trial membership will be revoked, and they will be prohibited from further participating in free trials. In addition, we may, at our sole discretion, terminate your GOELIA User Account.

(5) If users are found using plagiarized, stolen, fake, or inappropriate photos and/or reviews, we may delete and mark these photos and/or reviews. Such behavior is strictly prohibited, and users found engaging in it may be banned from participating in our free trial program. We may also terminate your GOELIA User Account.

(6) By submitting any reviews and/or photos under the GOELIA Free Trial program, you acknowledge and agree that GOELIA has the rights and licenses to these reviews and/or photos.

(7) GOELIA has the right but not the obligation to use any reviews and/or photos. To avoid any confusion, GOELIA may choose (i) not to use your reviews and/or photos, or (ii) to delete them from our website at any time for any reason or without reason. For detailed information on how we collect, use, and disclose your personal information, please refer to our Privacy Policy.

6. Exceptions

If you experience any quality issues, design defects, shipping problems, or conflicts with the Free Trial during your trial period, please contact us as soon as possible. Please let us know your feedback and any defects and problems with the product and GOELIA Customer Service.

7. About Tariffs

If you have applied, and been selected, for a Free Trial item and the item has been detained or seized by customs or charged any kind of customs duty or tariff (“Customs Duty”), you are responsible for clearing customs on your own and paying the Customs Duty.

8. FAQs

(1) Q: Am I required to pay for shipping fees?
A: No, just sit back and wait for your free trial at home.

(2) Q: Am I able to keep the Free Trial item?
A: Yes, of course! If you are selected for the Free Trial, the product is yours to keep as a token of our appreciation for your participation.

(3) Q: After I've applied for a Free Trial item, if I no longer want the item, can I cancel and apply for something else?
A: No, once you have applied for a Free Trial item, you will not be able to cancel it and apply for something else.

(4) Q: What should I do if the size or address of the trial order is wrong?
A: Please be sure the size and address information are correct when you submit the application. Once the order has been generated, we cannot change the size or address of the Free Trial item. These products are processed and shipped quickly.

(5) Q: I have been waiting for a long time for my application, and I haven't heard anything yet. How long does it take?
A: You can check the status of your application in "My Free Trial” after 7 days from the application. If you are selected as a participant, you will see a notification in “My Free Trial” and receive an email.

(6) Q: What will happen if I don't pay the Customs Duty?
A: If the Free Trial product is confiscated by Customs or any kind of Customs Duty is imposed, the participant is responsible to complete Customs clearance formalities and pay any required Customs Duty. If you are unwilling to pay Customs Duty, the item may be forfeited and we will not send you a replacement product.

(7) Q: I have applied many times, why didn’t I get selected? How can I increase my probability of being selected?
A: The review process prioritizes the integrity history of your GOELIA account and your history of Free Trial participation. It is also influenced by the limited number of participants each week.
